The Sacred Secretion Calendar

The same calendar every other sacred secretion site teaches. And five things they all got massively wrong.

If you searched sacred secretion calendar, you have probably already seen a dozen versions of it. They all run the same Carey-Perry calculation. Every podcast, blog, and YouTube channel on this topic still teaches it. And gets it wrong on five specific points that change the timing entirely. The tool below runs the same calculation. Use it. See your dates. Then read what nobody else is telling you.

The Method in Plain Language

What is the sacred secretion calendar?

A century-old timing framework that names a real biological signal, then guesses at when to listen for it. Every modern site repeats it.

Where every site got it from

Every sacred secretion calendar currently online traces back to a single source: God Man: The Word Made Flesh, a 1920 work by chemist and pharmacist George W. Carey and his student Inez E. Perry. They argued that scripture, anatomy, and astrology all encoded the same physiological event: a fluid in the spine that peaks once per lunar month, when the moon transits the natal sun sign.

The argument was bold for its century. Carey and Perry were proposing a measurable, biochemical, monthly cycle of sacred biology, decades before modern neuroscience had instruments fine enough to either confirm or refute it. Every modern teacher of this material inherits their framework. Almost none of them have updated it.

What every calendar claims

The premise: every 27 to 29 days, the moon spends roughly two and a half days passing through your natal sun sign. During that window, the sacred secretion (the cerebrospinal fluid current the ancients called by many names) reaches its peak production and ascent.

The prescribed practice: fast, abstain, and turn inward during the window. Preserve the secretion rather than spend it. Let it ascend the spine, reach the pineal, and produce the state every tradition called illumination.

This is the calendar everyone teaches. The reason it spread is simple: the timing observation is real. Modern endocrinology confirms multiple bodily rhythms and an actual lunar correlation in human biology. The original framework caught a fragment of a real signal. It also got the rest of it wrong. And every site repeating it has inherited the same mistakes.

Run the Calendar Yourself

Run the same calendar every site teaches

Select your sun sign. The tool returns every window over the next twelve months when the moon transits that sign. Same math, same method, same blind spots as every other sacred secretion site. Read what comes after the dates.

Real astronomical math. Not an approximation. The calculation uses the same lunar ephemeris model an astronomer would use to predict moon position. It is also the same calculation every other sacred secretion site online uses. What it does not know: your sex, your age, your endocrine status, the phase of your menstrual cycle if you have one, whether your pineal gland is calcified, or whether your nervous system is in the receptive state required to register the secretion. The corrected, biology-grounded calendar is in Master Thyself.

Read this before you fast

These dates are wrong.

What you are about to see below is the same calendar every sacred secretion site online publishes. They all inherit the same century-old framework. They all repeat the same mistakes. Every one of them is incomplete and incorrect on five specific points that modern endocrinology and neuroscience have since corrected. Each one changes the timing.

Fasting on these windows is running a guess that nobody on the sacred secretion internet has bothered to update in a hundred years. The corrected sacred secretion calendar, mapped to your actual biology, is in the Master Thyself Book, available for sale on this page.

    Honoring the Source

Four out of nine. What the original framework got right.

Before tearing the rest of it down, credit the parts that have held up under a century of scientific scrutiny.

    I
    The substance is real

Carey identified cerebrospinal fluid as the physical correlate of the sacred secretion before modern science had the imaging to study it directly. CSF is now routinely measured, sampled, and characterized in clinical neurology. The fluid he pointed to is the fluid the lab confirms exists.

    II
    The rhythm matters

He argued for a monthly cycle. Modern chronobiology confirms multiple human biological rhythms operating on lunar-correlated timeframes, including hormonal cycles, sleep architecture, and inflammatory markers. The body keeps time. The framework's claim that the secretion follows a cycle is structurally correct.

    III
    Fasting amplifies it

Carey insisted fasting was inseparable from the practice. A 2012 neuroscience discovery confirmed it: the brain has a waste-clearing pathway that flushes most actively during fasting and sleep, washing CSF through every region of brain tissue. The fluid he described responds to fasting exactly the way he said it would.

    IV
Restraint is part of the protocol

The instruction to abstain sexually during the window was treated as quaint moralism for a century. Modern endocrine research on hormonal cycles, neurotransmitter recovery, and dopaminergic regulation suggests the abstention serves a measurable physiological function. The puritanism was anatomy in disguise.

Four out of nine. The original framework got those right. The other five, the parts every modern sacred secretion site still inherits and repeats, it got wrong, in ways that change the timing entirely. Those are next.

    What Every Other Calendar Misses

Five things every sacred secretion calendar gets wrong

Each of these would change the calendar you just generated entirely. None of them have made it into the sacred secretion teachings circulating online. All five are mapped, in order, in Master Thyself.

The framework every modern sacred secretion calendar implements

Twelve zodiac signs around the outer ring. Twelve lunar phases on the inner ring. Sun at center. This is the calendar in compressed graphic form. The wheel is structurally identical to the one Carey and Perry printed on the cover of their 1920 book.

The framework caught a real biological signal. It also predates a century of relevant science. The five corrections that change the timing entirely begin below.

    01
    The Mechanism
Redacted, Chapter 14, discovered in 2012, missing from every calendar online

The brain has its own waste-clearing system. It was identified by neuroscientist Maiken Nedergaard's lab in 2012 and is now named in the medical literature, with substantial follow-on research. It activates during deep sleep and during fasting, flushing cerebrospinal fluid through every region of brain tissue and clearing accumulated metabolic byproducts.

This is the actual physiological mechanism behind every sacred secretion teaching in history. The fluid the ancients called by many names is CSF. The peak the original framework gestured at is what modern neuroscience calls Redacted, Chapter 14. Sacred secretion calendars online cannot account for this because most of them were written before 2012, or because their authors never updated for it.

The implication is large. The window opens not on a fixed lunar transit, but in response to a chain of physiological conditions: deep sleep architecture, fasting state, parasympathetic dominance, and posture. The moon transit is one input. The body's actual receptiveness is another, larger one. No other calendar tells you this.

The corrected mechanism, mapped to current neuroscience, is in Chapter 14.

    02
    The Cascade
Each chakra is a gland. Almost no calendar teaches the chain.

The seven chakras of Vedic anatomy correspond, point for point, to the seven major endocrine glands of modern medicine. Root maps to adrenals. Sacral to gonads. Solar plexus to pancreas. Heart to thymus. Throat to thyroid. Third eye to pituitary. Crown to pineal.

The sacred secretion's path is the route through these glands, and the order is not arbitrary. Redacted, Chapter 13 determines how the secretion is amplified or attenuated as it ascends. The sequence is not metaphor. It is a measurable biochemical chain, with each gland's output influencing the next gland's behavior.

Sacred secretion calendars online treat the body as a passive vessel that simply receives a peak each month. The corrected framework treats the endocrine system as an active processor, where the specific gland sequence and the conditioning of each link determine how much of the signal makes it to the next stage. If your adrenals are exhausted, the current cannot ascend cleanly past the root. The window timing matters less than the chain's integrity. Every calendar online ignores this.

The full endocrine map and the gland-by-gland decoding are in Chapter 13.

    03
    Sex-specific Polarity
Men and women arrive by different native routes

Every sacred secretion calendar online treats men and women identically. Same sun sign window, same protocol, same expected outcome. Modern endocrinology and neurobiology say no.

Men's hormonal architecture follows what the framework calls Redacted, Chapter 21: a 24-hour testosterone cycle with morning peak, daily reset. The sun-sign lunar window is one variable among several for the male body, layered on top of a fundamentally daily rhythm.

Women's hormonal architecture follows Redacted, Chapter 21: a roughly 28-day cycle with four distinct hormonal phases, each with its own optimal practice and its own cautions. A woman timing her practice off her sun sign alone is ignoring the larger and more powerful signal in her own body. No calendar online makes this distinction.

This is not ideology. It is the clinical reality of gonadal hormone production, mapped to neurochemistry. The corrected framework gives men and women different practical instructions, because their physiologies require different practical instructions.

The full sun-track and moon-track protocols, with the corrected timing for each, are in Chapter 21.

    04
    Female Cycle Amplification
For women, the larger window is hormonal, not astrological

The female menstrual cycle has four phases. Each phase has a distinct hormonal signature, a distinct neurotransmitter profile, and a distinct optimal use.

Modern reproductive endocrinology has identified one specific phase, Redacted, Chapter 21, where estrogen rises, dopamine sensitivity peaks, and the brain's capacity for novelty, focus, and integrative experience is highest. This is the window in which a woman's nervous system is most receptive to the secretion's effects.

The hormonal cycle was not characterized in detail until decades after the original sacred secretion framework was written. The teachers repeating it online have not added it back in. The corrected calendar for women combines two rhythms: the lunar transit (the original framework's signal) and the specific cycle phase identified above (the larger physiological signal). When both align, the window is dramatically more potent. When they conflict, the body's signal takes precedence. No calendar online tells women this.

The combined-cycle calendar for women is in Chapter 21.

    The Brainwave Gateway
The window opens. The doorway is brainwave state.

The sacred secretion does not become a perceptual event automatically when the lunar window opens. The biochemistry runs whether or not you notice it. To register the experience, the brain must enter a specific frequency band, Redacted, Chapter 22, the state between waking and sleep.

This is the gateway. The state is when the conscious nervous system becomes permeable to the secretion's effects. It is the brainwave region of deep meditation, lucid dreaming, hypnagogia, and the moments before sleep. Without it, the chemistry happens in the dark.

Sacred secretion calendars online tell you when. None of them tell you how. They are not the same instruction, and the framework is not complete without both.

The corrected practice combines the lunar window with the induction of Redacted, Chapter 22: posture, breath ratio, attention pattern, and the specific sensory conditions that reliably produce the state. This is what every contemplative tradition was teaching, with vocabulary that varied and instructions that, decoded, all pointed at the same neurology.

The induction protocol and the full integrated practice are in Chapter 22.

    The Holidays You Already Know

Why Easter and Christmas are not what you were told

The two largest Christian holidays sit on the exact dates of an older two-pole sacred secretion ritual. The dates were kept. The protocol was forgotten. The truth about our holidays and the sacred secretion is the most aggressively buried piece of this entire framework.

The dates of Christmas and Easter are not arbitrary. Christmas sits at the winter solstice. Easter is calculated by a formula that ties it to the spring equinox: the first Sunday after the first full moon following March 20. These are the two most astronomically precise dates in the Christian calendar. They were chosen on purpose.

What surrounding cultures practiced before the church chose those dates was a two-pole sacred secretion ritual that ran across the year. One pole tracked the sun. The other pole tracked the moon. Each pole had its own sex, its own celestial body, its own fasting window, and its own physiological purpose. The two largest Christian holidays sit on the two seasonal anchor points of that older ritual.

The church kept the dates. It forgot the protocol.

Christmas was originally Redacted, Chapter 21. Easter was originally Redacted, Chapter 21. Each holiday encodes the seasonal sacred secretion window for one sex. The Lenten fast belonged to one polarity. The Advent fast belonged to the other. Modern Christian observance has both sexes running both fasts. The original tradition gave each sex its own fast on its own polarity, in its own season. Running the wrong protocol on the wrong holiday is not a neutral mistake. It accelerates depletion of the very current the fast was designed to preserve.

    Christmas (winter solstice anchor)

The 40-day Advent fast preceding it. The symbol on top of the tree. The lights. The midnight vigil. The colors. Every visual element of Christmas encodes one half of the ritual. Which sex this seasonal window belonged to, why that sex, and what the fast was actually doing physiologically: Redacted, Chapter 21.

The polarity it tracks: Redacted, Chapter 21. Why the date is a solstice and not a moon phase: Redacted, Chapter 21.

Easter (spring equinox + first full moon)

The 40-day Lenten fast preceding it. The egg. The lily. The empty tomb at dawn. The date locked to a moon phase, not a fixed calendar day. Every element of Easter encodes the other half of the ritual. Which sex this seasonal window belonged to, why the date is calculated lunar instead of solar, and what the fast was actually doing physiologically: Redacted, Chapter 21.

The polarity it tracks: Redacted, Chapter 21. Why the church chose this date over the existing pagan one and what that move accomplished: Redacted, Chapter 21.

If you are a woman, one of these holidays is your seasonal sacred secretion window. The other is not. If you are a man, the inverse is true. The traditions surrounding cultures preserved made this distinction explicitly. The protocol the early church inherited and condensed into the modern liturgical calendar erased it. Two thousand years of devout people running the wrong fast on the wrong holiday for their own physiology. The dates were kept. The architecture under the dates was not.

Which holiday belongs to which sex, the physiological reason, the corrected fasting protocol for each, the integration with the monthly lunar calendar above, and the specific reason this part of the framework has been more aggressively buried than any other piece, is in Master Thyself. Once you see this, the entire Christian liturgical year reads differently.

The full Easter and Christmas decoding, including the sex-specific protocols and the reason the two holidays were placed on those exact dates, is in Chapter 21.

    Before the Calendar Matters

Timing means nothing if the receiver is shut

The calendar tells you when to fast. It assumes the gland receiving the secretion is intact and responsive. For most people in the modern world, it is not. Almost no calendar online mentions this.

Pineal gland calcification is widespread. Imaging studies on adults in industrialized countries find calcium deposits in the pineal gland in the majority of subjects past age forty, and in a significant fraction of children. The calcification is not normal. It is environmental.

The mechanisms are well-documented in clinical literature: fluoride accumulation, processed and refined foods that disrupt mineral balance, environmental endocrine disruptors, chronic blue-light exposure that suppresses melatonin production, and the cumulative load of low-grade toxins from a modern industrial diet and water supply. Each one contributes. The total effect is a pineal gland that has crystallized into something closer to bone than gland.

A calcified pineal during a perfect lunar window receives a fraction of the available signal. The secretion still flows. The current still ascends. But the gland that was supposed to translate biochemistry into perception is dimmed. The classical calendar gives you the timing. It does not give you the working instrument.

The full decalcification protocol, including the fifteen specific decalcifiers and the order to apply them, is in Chapter 14. The calendar is the timing. This is the instrument.

    Rabbit Holes

    Still with the calendar?
    Twelve more questions.

Each of these threads is followed to its source in the fuller work. If any of them pull, that is the door. None of them are answered on any other sacred secretion calendar.

    What if …
What if the moon transit is not the strongest timing signal in your body?
What if the wrong fast on the right day is worse than no fast at all?
What if women have been running the male protocol for a hundred years?
What if the window only "opens" when your brain is in a specific state most adults never reach?
What if pineal calcification means you can fast forever and feel nothing?
What if every other site is teaching you the wrong half of the practice?
What if your sun sign is the smallest variable in the whole equation?
What if Christmas was originally a fasting holiday for one sex, and Easter for the other?
What if a 2012 neuroscience discovery makes the lunar window a footnote?
What if every modern Christian fasting both Lent and Advent is depleting both poles instead of preserving one?
What if the church kept the dates of Easter and Christmas because they were already the sacred dates of an older two-pole ritual it could not erase?
What if the calendar is the door, but the body is the key?

The full protocol, the specific sequencing, and the why behind each step are covered in the book: Redacted, Chapter 21.

    The Whole Map

Every other calendar is a fragment.
The whole map is in the book.

If you take one thing from this page

You can run the calendar every other site teaches. You should also know what none of them are telling you.

The tool above is honest. It calculates the original framework exactly as it was written, the same way every other sacred secretion site online calculates it. What it cannot do is account for any of the five specific corrections modern science has now made to the 1920 framework: Redacted, Chapter 14, Redacted, Chapter 13, Redacted, Chapter 21, Redacted, Chapter 21, and Redacted, Chapter 22. Those five corrections are the difference between treating the sacred secretion as a quaint century-old idea and treating it as the peer-reviewed, biology-grounded practice it actually is.

If you want to know what the moon really means for you, what the practice actually unlocks, and how to run it correctly, that is the work the book does, in plain language, with the citations.
